Online baby shower RSVPs, and a headcount you can trust
Guests reply from their phone in under a minute. You see who's coming, how many, and what they can't eat, updating as replies arrive. No group chat to scroll back through.
Guests reply in a minute.
You stop chasing.
Names, how many are coming, who they're bringing, dietary needs and a note for you โ asked once, on your own site. No group-chat roll call, no spreadsheet.

Any dietary needs?
It asks what you'd have had to ask
First and last name, yes or no, how many including kids, who they're bringing, dietary needs, and a message for you. The extra questions only appear once they've said yes.
No app, no account, no login
Guests tap your link and answer. Nothing to download, nothing to sign up for โ which is why the ones who never reply to anything reply to this.
The headcount counts itself
Every reply lands in your dashboard the moment it's sent, with a running total of people โ so the number you give the venue or the caterer is a real one.
Replies from a group chat don't add up
"Count me in!" in a group chat, a thumbs-up on a message, a text from an aunt who is bringing two kids: someone has to turn all of that into a number for the venue or the caterer, and they usually get it slightly wrong.
With a Showerling RSVP every guest answers the same short form on your website. Each reply goes straight into your dashboard with a running total of people, so the number you give the caterer is a real one.
What the form asks
First and last name, and yes or no. If they say yes, the extra questions appear: how many people in total including children, the names of who they're bringing, dietary needs, and an optional message for you. A guest who can't come isn't asked anything more.
Guests don't download an app or make an account, which is why the people who never reply to anything tend to reply to this. They tap your link and answer.
What you see
Your dashboard lists every reply with the party size, the names, the dietary notes and the message. Counts are separated into who's attending and who's declined, with the total headcount worked out for you. New replies are flagged since you last looked.
Afterwards you can download a day report with the full guest list, who gave which gift and every guestbook message, so you have it all in one place for thank-you notes.
Changing the date
If the date or venue changes, edit it in your dashboard. The website updates at the same link, and the RSVPs you've already collected stay put.

Questions
Do guests need an account to RSVP?
No. They open your link and fill in the form. There's nothing to download and nothing to sign up for.
Can guests say how many people they're bringing?
Yes. They give the total number of people including children, and can list the names of who's coming with them.
Does it collect dietary requirements?
Yes. Guests who say they're coming can tell you about allergies and dietary needs, and these appear against their reply in your dashboard.
Can I see replies as they come in?
Yes. Replies appear in your dashboard as they're sent, with a running count of people attending.
Do RSVPs work while I'm trying it free?
Guests can only reach your site once it's live. You can build and preview everything free, and RSVPs open when you go live.
